You can find your due date on the bill reminder emails sent to your school email, as well as on the Meadow Pay bill screen.

Why hasn’t my financial aid been applied to my bill yet?

If you notice on your bill that your financial aid is in the anticipated financial aid category, this means that it has not been disbursed. It could be for one of the following reasons:

Processing Time: It can often take some time for financial aid to be processed and applied to your account. If all necessary documentation for your scholarships or grants has not been completed and submitted, it can delay the application to your bill.

Disbursement Timing: Some scholarships and grants have a specific disbursement date, which is the date when the money is actually sent to the school. If this date has not yet passed, the funds may not have been applied to your account.

Eligibility Requirements: If you have not met all of the eligibility requirements for your scholarship or grant, it may not be applied to your account. This could include things like maintaining a certain GPA, completing a specific number of course credits, or participating in certain activities.
